10 Resources in My Venture/VRIN Analyses
My top resource is a steady need for business. Due to the nature of the business (helping homeless people get back on their feet), there will always be a need in the community. Whether the economy is doing well or poorly, there will always be people who need a helping hand. Due to this inevitable fact, there will always be a reason for my business to exist.

Hi Julianna, I think you were wise to select your top resource as a steady need for business. This would ensure that even if you did have competition, there may be still a need for the operation t continue and not be overcome by a better provider. I suggest looking into the current resources you have listed and seeing if you can refine them even more to be specific towards your service. What is unique about the way you raise money compared to another competitor? What is unique about the way you gather volunteers and organize them compared to another competitor? This may be challenging, but I think the idea would benefit from this.
